The Twelve Apostles

Jesus selected 12 people, called Apostles to carry out His project/mission of Evangelization

They were His Core

There were also more apostles. But always the main ones, those who will receive the most intimate teaching, were Them.

In fact, one of the Apostles is: "St. Peter<without_initial_number>" who is the first Pope

Sent in pairs, and without superfluous belongings, they evangelized where they were received, and will remain long enough to Evangelize the Word

They are:

Saint Peter

Saint James the Elder

Saint Andrew

Saint John

Saint Philip

Saint BarthΓ©lemy

Saint Thomas

Saint Matthew

Saint James the Less

Saint Simon

Saint Jude Thaddeus

Saint Jude Iscariot

It can be a good habit to be able to learn, not only the name, but also some characteristic of each one to enter more and more into our History of the Faith:

And additionally I leave you a question, What was the Apostle who did not die martyred and also wrote the Apocalypse? πŸ˜€

πŸ˜€ Amen πŸ˜€

75 "Christ the Lord, in whom the entire Revelation of the most high God is summed up, commanded the apostles to preach the Gospel, which had been promised beforehand by the prophets, and which he fulfilled in his own person and promulgated with his own lips. In preaching the Gospel, they were to communicate the gifts of God to all men. This Gospel was to be the source of all saving truth and moral discipline."32

Beauty

To approach the small is to contemplate the most beautiful things that God has created: A flower, a bird, a butterfly, etc ...

https://slidetodoc.com/jeden-morgen-beginnt-das-leben-dauernd-ist-es-2/

Light reflects to us the beauty of shapes, and colors, and dimensions

For example, this flower in such a small space, has up to 5 different colors and

different shapes and heights; And in everything, it's a beautiful composition

32 The world: starting from movement, becoming, contingency, and the world's order and beauty, one can come to a knowledge of God as the origin and the end of the universe.

As St. Paul says of the Gentiles: For what can be known about God is plain to them, because God has shown it to them. Ever since the creation of the world his invisible nature, namely, his eternal power and deity, has been clearly perceived in the things that have been made.7

And St. Augustine issues this challenge: Question the beauty of the earth, question the beauty of the sea, question the beauty of the air distending and diffusing itself, question the beauty of the sky. . . question all these realities. All respond: "See, we are beautiful." Their beauty is a profession [confessio]. These beauties are subject to change. Who made them if not the Beautiful One [Pulcher] who is not subject to change?8

We are the fruit of minute 1

A day ago, not long ago, in the subway I saw a couple with a very nice girl and the Parents also and we greeted each other for an anecdote and talked a little. And as a result of that conversation I realized that we are the fruit of minute 1

From minute 1 when we were conceived

And also, and above all, We are Fruit of minute 1 where our Parents met

From there and if the couple goes well logically, if we are born, we are the fruit of that first moment, of that first moment where God was also present and where the couple perhaps realizes that they are for each other.

This is why all children always ask their parents, "How did you meet?"

And it is that God, always thinks things πŸ˜€ very well

And when it matches, it's never by chance.

πŸ˜€ and that's why He never misses that minute 1 πŸ˜€

1297 The consecration of the sacred chrism is an important action that precedes the celebration of Confirmation, but is in a certain way a part of it. It is the bishop who, in the course of the Chrism Mass of Holy Thursday, consecrates the sacred chrism for his whole diocese. In some Eastern Churches this consecration is even reserved to the patriarch:

The Syriac liturgy of Antioch expresses the epiclesis for the consecration of the sacred chrism (myron) in this way: "[Father . . . send your Holy Spirit] on us and on this oil which is before us and consecrate it, so that it may be for all who are anointed and marked with it holy myron, priestly myron, royal myron, anointing with gladness, clothing with light, a cloak of salvation, a spiritual gift, the sanctification of souls and bodies, imperishable happiness, the indelible seal, a buckler of faith, and a fearsome helmet against all the works of the adversary."

The Official International Association of Exorcists

The Official International Association of Exorcists was founded in 1994 by Father Gabriele Amorth and Father RenΓ© Laurentin

The task is not easy. The Apostles themselves, in their first journeys, already claim to JesusChrist, in the Gospels, not having been able to cast out demons.

And Jesus Christ replies that for some demons "Fasting and Prayer" is necessary. And it is that Jesus Christ knows them well because as a shepherd he knows his sheep, and the most wayward also

In fact, one could even say that a Gospel in itself is an Exorcism. Because it reflects us and constantly helps and teaches us how to turn away from evil and abide in JesusChrist who is the Way, the Truth, and the Life.

Full are the Gospels of exorcisms and that is that Evil exists. And this is the propagation of the Gospel: that they know You who are the Way, the Truth, and the Life.

2 So that this call should resound throughout the world, Christ sent forth the apostles he had chosen, commissioning them to proclaim the gospel: "Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, to the close of the age." 4 Strengthened by this mission, the apostles "went forth and preached everywhere, while the Lord worked with them and confirmed the message by the signs that attended it."5

Saint Frances of Rome

The difference between the narration of Heaven, Purgatory, and Hell that Dante and a Saint makes, is that in the case of Dante it is a Literary narrative with human origin and the case of a Saint the Divinity discovers a little the veil of what separates us an abyss

This is the case of St. Frances Romana who in writings reflects her visions. She saw:

St. Frances Romana receiving Holy Communion

"the immensity of the starry sky, its splendor, and the enormous distance that separates some stars from others. Many of them seemed to him larger than the earth. The starry sky gave him an idea of an unknown and unimagined splendor."

And in the case of the first 2 previous sentences Science has shown it

It also reflects what Jesus Christ transmitted to him:

"And Christ said to the seer, 'I am the depth of divine power. I have created the sky, the earth, the rivers and the seas. I am divine wisdom. I am the height and the depth; I am the immense sphere, the height of love, the inestimable charity. By my obedience, founded on humility, I have redeemed mankind."

Mini, but mini mini, Holiness Course

If you have not confessed for years you can start with a General Confession (in this any Catholic Priest Helps you delightedly)

If you are of frequent confession, you can start already in the next Confession

And having confessed to you:

Already in the first 5 minutes you are Saint (assuming that in the first 5 minutes you have not committed any sin)

The necessary thing is that those 5 minutes become 10 minutes

And those 10 minutes in 20 minutes

And those 20 minutes in 1 whole hour

And so get to the full morning or the full afternoon

And then the next whole day

and add days in this condition

Well, it's easy to get started. And at any point, if you sin, you go back to confession and start with the 5 minutes so that they become 10 minutes and...

πŸ˜€ You will see how more and more, you will reach more time πŸ˜€

And the Catholic Priest Himself will discover more aspects

Healing the wounds of sin, the Holy Spirit renews us interiorly through a spiritual transformation.18 He enlightens and strengthens us to live as "children of light" through "all that is good and right and true."19

And he was going for something else

Alphonse was traveling

And the afternoon before his return, he had to pay a visit to a family friend and tried to excuse himself by leaving a note. But there was "something" that held him back

During the visit he began a Religious conversation with the friend of the Family who was Catholic and who told him about the Holy Virgin Mary and also gave him a medallion of "La Milagrosa" and a prayer. Alphonsus, a non-believer in the Holy Virgin Mary, took both objects to imply that this had no reason to exist. The fact is that, "something" made him take them

The next day with the trip completed and with the intention of leaving, his friend asks him to accompany him to a Church to ask for a responsory for a person he knew, and so he could appreciate the Art of the church.

Alphonse was visiting the church... and in the little chapel of the Holy Virgin Mary..., this happens to Alphonse that he himself narrates:

"The whole building disappeared from my sight, I saw a great glow and in the midst of that glow on the altar appeared to me upright, splendid, full of majesty and sweetness the Virgin Mary as it is painted on the medal and smiled at me, she did not say anything to me, but I understood everything"

This is how our friend Alphonse became St. Marie Alphonse Ratisbonne

A beautiful story that you can read in this link:

644 Even when faced with the reality of the risen Jesus the disciples are still doubtful, so impossible did the thing seem: they thought they were seeing a ghost. "In their joy they were still disbelieving and still wondering."506 Thomas will also experience the test of doubt and St. Matthew relates that during the risen Lord's last appearance in Galilee "some doubted."507 Therefore the hypothesis that the Resurrection was produced by the apostles' faith (or credulity) will not hold up. On the contrary their faith in the Resurrection was born, under the action of divine grace, from their direct experience of the reality of the risen Jesus.

Saint Saint Teresa of Jesus of Avila

Apology is made to St. St. Teresa of Jesus of Avila for writing about Her

Woman of her time and of all times; and is who it is:

By Santa

By Mystique

By Doctor

By His Writing

For your Sensitivity

and by Mujer de Letras y Ciencia (which I know she will like this)

Not without all this you can write a book like "The Interior Castle":

A path that leads to life

In Ukraine there is a very nice place called "The Tunnel of Love"

It is a place where the Vegetation, over the years, has created a corridor taking advantage of the continuation of a railway and has been so beautiful:

And where the Lovers walk, and walk, and walk... πŸ˜€ together

Don't ask these trees, plants, flowers, insects, fungi, birds, mammals about the War.

Angels and their Categories

Some time ago I wanted to write about the categories of Angels that exist and these days of Chance I have found a "Rosary to San Miguel Arcangel" where they all come

This Rosary is smaller since each tamale consists of: 1 Our Father and 3 Hail Marys

https://www.aciprensa.com/Oracion/angeles14.htm

And the categories of Angels are:

I. Supreme Hierarchy:

Seraphim

Cherubim

Thrones

II. Middle Hierarchy:

Dominations

Powers

Virtues

III. Lower Hierarchy:

Principalities

Archangels

Angels

The Smiling Angel (cathedral of Reims)

https://es.catholic.net/op/articulos/9763/cat/123/la-jerarquia-angelica.html

Well, what a satisfaction to be able to write about the Angels to be able to know them always a little more.

329 St. Augustine says: "'Angel' is the name of their office, not of their nature. If you seek the name of their nature, it is 'spirit'; if you seek the name of their office, it is 'angel': from what they are, 'spirit', from what they do, 'angel.'"188 With their whole beings the angels are servants and messengers of God. Because they "always behold the face of my Father who is in heaven" they are the "mighty ones who do his word, hearkening to the voice of his word".189

The Head of the Church is Christ

The other day by chance I start an interesting conversation about the Catholic Church and notice that at any given moment an argument arises that causes surprise:

And it is to mention that Christ is "the Head of the Church"

Pantocrator (Christ in Majesty)

And it gives me joy to be able to reflect it in this Blog that is for tod@s those people who want to know the Holy Catholic Church:

The Head of the Holy Catholic Church is Christ

And to a Catholic this should not/can cause surprise, but on the contrary, recognition, rejoicing and joy:

The Head of the Holy Catholic Church is Christ

And also in a Catholic Bible we will find it in the Book "Letter to the Ephesians" chapter 4 verse 15 (in textbooks it usually comes as Eph 4:15):

"Rather, living the truth in love, we should grow in every way into him who is the head, Christ"

Daniel the Prophet keeps a Daily Tone in the Faith

Prophet Daniel had a very good and very simple habit to connect with the Faith πŸ˜€ and also to maintain a daily tone:

"To this they replied, "Daniel, the Jewish exile, has paid no attention to you, O king, or to the decree you issued; three times a day he offers his prayer"

The text you will find in a Catholic Bible and in the book of Daniel Chapter 6 verse 14 (in textbooks it usually comes as Dan 6,14), here is a direct link:

https://www.vatican.va/archive/ENG0839/__PSR.HTM

The phrase refers to a prohibition that was made by the King that no divinity could be prayed, and yet Daniel kept his prayer 3 times a day πŸ˜€πŸ˜€

Well, what simpler way to maintain a daily tone of Faith: To approach God with the heart every day (without imposing hours, but with times):

1st time in the morning,

a 2nd time at noon,

and a 3rd time at sunset

And even beginning to live the Faith is a very simple Formula πŸ˜€πŸ˜€

2743 It is always possible to pray: the time of the Christian is that of the risen Christ who is with us always, no matter what tempests may arise.36 Our time is in the hands of God:

But "the texts intended to be sung must always be in conformity with Catholic doctrine. Indeed they should be drawn chiefly from the Sacred Scripture and from liturgical sources."26

Opening the window to proclaim outward that Jesus is Hope

This week I have made a friend who among her main virtues has: To refine sweetly with words, to define what she feels in her heart Jesus did

His blog is a beautiful song representative of a cry of a Generation that wishes, who longs for, to get closer to Him

In a set of Poems written from the experience of all the good that faith brings, it reflects the experience of what is produced by living the Faith, the situations and what they produce. Both for Her and for Her Environment, and this is a very remarkable aspect, because, it is not only how I live "I" my Faith, but how we Experience, Live and Enjoy it together to improve the Environment

And here are some bits πŸ˜€πŸ˜€

From "Jesus, I am looking for your Kingdom":

With you Lord, we cannot sink,

In any case flood, flood us with your currents of Love and Grace,

That they expect everything,

That they can do everything,

And that they reach everything.

[. . .]

I see your Kingdom in young people who are brave and say NO

To the currents of the world,

To follow YOURS.

From "Poem to the Beating Heart of Love":

What will be there; How do you do it, Lord?

Hidden behind gold, wood or concrete,

You are there, waiting for us...

If you want to know more poems, in this link you have all his poems:

274 Nothing is more apt to confirm our faith and hope than holding it fixed in our minds that nothing is impossible with God. You and me with only 2 weeks to live

Thanks to Embryology you can know how we were when we had days of life. And specifically in the third week there is a process called Gastrulation and that knowing it is a Wonder

Very interesting to know more about how God does things well

(I do not advance anything to respect the content of the owner) and it is worth watching the following video because it is really surprising to see how we were with 20 days of life

The fact is that in the Gastrulation (as mentioned in the video) the area that will be the buccal and the area that will be the fecal is defined, and from these two poles later, and in their union, the spine arises and from there the rest of the organs of our body unfold

https://youtu.be/Z-kVT6lCYmg?t=134

And from this our whole body is formed, subsequently comprising Skeleton and Muscle Mass, more sensitive internal organs and the entire nerve network.

You are Poetry

If Love is what moves the World; Poetry is the tachograph of its throbbing

This week reading San Juan de la Cruz (Saint John of the Cross) you are amazed at how someone can put exalted words to a feeling and make it revive by evoking it the reader

That's because the Heart flows through the arm, reaches the hand and guides the pen

Below are some fragments of texts by San Juan de la Cruz Saint John of the Cross since S. XVI:

From "The Living Flame of Love":

1. Oh, living flame of love

That tenderly woundest my soul in its deepest centre,

Since thou art no longer oppressive, perfect me now if it be thy will,

Break the web of this sweet encounter

From Spiritual Canticle (from The Bridge to The The Bridgegroom)

Let us rejoice, O my Beloved!

Let us go forth to see ourselves in Your beauty,

To the mountain and the hill,

Where the pure water flows:

Let us enter into the heart of the thicket.

Yes, we can find ourselves in these lines because previously we have been loved, and giving ourselves to Light, we can love πŸ˜€πŸ˜€

1335 The miracles of the multiplication of the loaves, when the Lord says the blessing, breaks and distributes the loaves through his disciples to feed the multitude, prefigure the superabundance of this unique bread of his Eucharist.156 The sign of water turned into wine at Cana already announces the Hour of Jesus' glorification. It makes manifest the fulfillment of the wedding feast in the Father's kingdom, where the faithful will drink the new wine that has become the Blood of Christ.157

A nice task for summer

Well, summer is coming up and you have to plan what to do

Logically you have to rest and disconnect a little that is an annual break that comes very well

And a very interesting proposal to do something is to take advantage of the Summer Months which are 4 to become "An Expert" in the 4 Gospels, for example. Well πŸ˜€ or at least dig as deep as possible into them. namely:

June Gospel of St. Mark (In textbooks it usually comes as 'Mc')

https://www.vatican.va/archive/ENG0839/__PW3.HTM

Julio Evangelio de San Matthew (In textbooks it usually comes as 'Mt')

https://www.vatican.va/archive/ENG0839/__PVA.HTM

August Gospel of St. John (In textbooks it usually comes as 'Jn')

https://www.vatican.va/archive/ENG0839/__PX8.HTM

September Gospel of Luke (In textbooks it usually comes as 'Lc')

https://www.vatican.va/archive/ENG0839/__PWK.HTM

It is recommended to follow the following method:

1) I see a film about the Gospels that may well be the one made by director Franco Zeffirelli: Jesus of Nazareth

2) I read the gospel of the month I play, you can use the 4 weeks of the month to make the reading πŸ˜€ so with peace of mind

3) The doubts I can write down and once a week I pass through a Catholic Church and asking for the Cure looks after you delightedly (if you do not have the Holy Gospels you can take advantage to ask them that will provide you with a safe copy)

Well, so in a little summer, for you have managed to become "An Expert" in the 4 Gospels that is not bad at all

It will always be Light that will guide you in your day to day

And you will also learn (among many other things), that each Evangelist is associated with an animal

except one

Who's Who? πŸ˜€πŸ˜€

There is no doubt: Mission Accomplished. Hope of Eternal Life bestowed on Humanity. And Death Overcome

As I would also smile when resting in Bethany for example or when walking with the Apostoles (I imagine some Roman joke would make πŸ˜€πŸ˜€)

Can there be anything more divine than making someone smile?

And with his Holy Mother he would smile too. She would not make Mary smile at her Child, a thousand times, and as a teenager too, and as an adult it would be He who makes her smile

Good Prayer to Visualize Jesus Smiling for the Resurrection

because it smiles at us

hallelujah!

736 By this power of the Spirit, God's children can bear much fruit. He who has grafted us onto the true vine will make us bear "the fruit of the Spirit: . . . love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, self-control. "129 "We live by the Spirit"; the more we renounce ourselves, the more we "walk by the Spirit."130

Through the Holy Spirit we are restored to paradise, led back to the Kingdom of heaven, and adopted as children, given confidence to call God "Father" and to share in Christ's grace, called children of light and given a share in eternal glory.131
