Within a Catholic Bible (which is composed of books), we have a book called Psalms, which are Songs, Praises, Prayers, Supplications and other expressions to God. These expressions in total are 150 and there are large and small. And the smallest is 117-(116):

Psalm 117
Verse 1) Alleluia! Praise Yahweh, all nations, extol him, all peoples,
Verse 2) for his faithful love is strong and his constancy never-ending.
It is very beautiful because it is an "Invitation to Praise" (as quoted in the Catholic Bible "Desclée de Brouwer - Jerusalem Bible" edition 1993)
so that it could be an introductory Psalm, for broader ones, or an initial Psalm for a Ceremony while the people arrived; Since its function is that of invitation
Our Lord Jesus Christ prayed and prayed with them, and the Psalms are a whole School, annotated, of the popular Feeling of the sons of God over hundreds of years
If at any given time, you can't figure out how to express what you want to say to God, you can turn to the Psalms.
😀 They are a help 😀

1770 Moral perfection consists in man's being moved to the good not by his will alone, but also by his sensitive appetite, as in the words of the psalm: "My heart and flesh sing for joy to the living God."46
